worst experience ever buying furniture in 20 years...

worst experience ever buying furniture in 20 years! First of all we ordered in September and was supposed to be 6 weeks (1st week of nov). every time we called to check on it they pushed back 2 weeks. my whole order was held up over throw pillow fabric being on backorder. factory wouldn't send sofa and chairs without pillows. no offer of credit, nothing. and now its finally in and I'm told the delivery guy went home already (by 230pm) and they can't deliver until after christmas. this was supposed to be here in time for thanksgiving. We will never return to this store ever.
