I have mixed feelings about Haug Quality Equipment...

I have mixed feelings about Haug Quality Equipment. While their products are good, I feel like their customer service could use some improvement. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry. Overall, their equipment works well, but the customer service experience could be better.
