Went in boxing day paid casual visit for 20.00 seemed ok, spacious and good views on the outdoor area. Went again the day before yesterday and a short guy at the desk who thought he was made of gold and looked at me like I interrupted his day initially asked me to pay 29.00 so I referred him again to my boxing day entry fee and then he said ok, pay 20.00 now but for next time that's only if you come visit with a paying member otherwise its 29.00 for casual visit. Well, I won't be visiting again, bad attitude from this guy just made me want to ring his neck over the desk and put him in place, he needs to lift more weights not his phone. Anyways, this day felt like sardines in a can, just couldn't get a flow with my workout. Consistency from staff should be applied throughout because if I was charged 29.00 initially I would've walked out straight away, however the guy on my second visit needs to learn some customer service especially if they gonna put your mug on the front desk.
