I've been a member of the YMCA for several years now and it's been a great experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are top-notch. I especially love the variety of group classes they offer. Whether you're into yoga, spin, or strength training, there's something for everyone. I highly recommend checking out the Meriden YMCA if you're looking for a place to get fit and have fun!
