I think I read this and we have stayed in different hotels. The rooms are great, and the hotel is quite cozy. Downstairs has a cafeteria with a good atmosphere, to have a drink. And the staff, most enjoyable. They treat you like they've known you for a lifetime. They help you all and offer you everything to be at ease. Maybe the problem is that you were looking for another type of spa stay. Also, when leaving we were given a keychain from the typical boot there.
