Very rude and unprofessional night staff in the E.R. I hope we never have to come back to this place. I suggest you don't come here either if you can avoid it. You're supposed to comfort patients that walk in, not talk down to them and insult them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! Male nurse thought he was a tough guy. Told us to leave and never come back. Well, I hope I never need to come back for ANY reason, tough guy ! Ended up leaving and going to North Suburban Medical Center where we were treated with dignity and respect !
