We, Kittec, have been Haldenwanger's customers for 20 years. For many years we were mostly very satisfied. Unfortunately that has changed a bit in the last few years. Above all, dealing with us as a customer when collecting goods is unfortunately no longer satisfactory. The sad climax was now when we wanted to pick up 3 boxes with supporting tubes with our Sprinter. Because it was not possible to unload returned boxes by forklift truck, our driver had to unload the approx. 60 kg heavy boxes himself by hand. None of the workers from the Haldenwanger company wanted to help him, although he had asked in a friendly manner. And a load of new (long) boxes with pipes: No result! That was too risky for the gentlemen. You refused to load the Sprinter and sent the driver away with no goods.
The handling of our second driver is completely different, even with a Sprinter on the road who also picked up 3 long boxes with support tubes - from a competitor from Haldenwanger. Lo and behold: There they said that it would not be ideal, "but somehow we can manage it". Lo and behold: It actually went without any problems. This is how customer friendliness works. You could cut a thick slice of material from Haldenwanger.
