Unicolors appears to be a patent-troll. In the last 3 months they have filed approximately 30 patent infringement cases in the California Ninth Circuit Court. Each case cites on average 3 companies, not just one. It's telling they go after Ross stores for example, a store that does not create any fabric or finished garments. They likely seek out of court settlement money as they request a jury trial in almost all cases I could find. Their website as of 28 Sept 2016 is best described as "spartan", consisting of roughly 4 pages, all of which a person with the most rudimentary web publishing skills clearly created.
