I had an average experience shopping at X-music / casa de r&r. The product selection was good, but the website could use some improvement in terms of usability. The customer service was satisfactory, but not outstanding. The delivery was prompt, but the packaging could have been better. Overall, I would consider shopping at X-music / casa de r&r again, but I hope to see some improvements.
