We recently stayed at the property "AT LAST". The Location was superb for walking and convenient to restaurants and stores. However the property itself leaves a lot to be desired. It is very spacious and easily accommodated the four families on the vacation. However; 4 of the 6 deck chairs, were broken, we had 2 clogged sinks and the place is in desperate need of a good cleaning. The screen door was torn and flapping in the breeze and trash was all over the yard. The swing was not usable because the grass was so high around it. The house is very worn and dated. The furniture in the game room is torn and the pool table has seen its better days. The beds are NOT comfortable and all of us left with sore backs. There was mold and mildew in the master bath and the toilet clogged twice. The linens provided are among the worst I have ever encountered so take your own sheets. The ones provided feel like sandpaper. There is plenty of parking at this location and can accommodate a boat trailer.
With all of this being said, we did have a wonderful vacation. I had the pleasure of visiting another property "Mallard Landing" and only wish the AT LAST were as nice. I will say that we contacted Railey and they were very helpful with all of the issues we were having.
