I recently hired a painting and design company to spruce up my home, and I came across Integrity Paint & Design. The experience was average overall. The website was user-friendly and showcased their previous work, which looked impressive. However, the communication was mediocre at best. I found it difficult to reach them at times, and they did not always respond promptly to my inquiries. The quality of the painting job was decent, but it fell short of my expectations. There were a few areas with uneven paint and some minor touch-ups needed. The team arrived on time and completed the task within the expected timeline, which I appreciated. While Integrity Paint & Design did an average job, I believe there are other companies that offer better customer service and attention to detail.
