I had a mixed experience with Platypus tours. While the overall tour was good, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The website could use some enhancements to make it more user-friendly. The tour guide was knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better considering the price.
