The customer service at Madrigal Ranch is average....

The customer service at Madrigal Ranch is average. The staff is friendly but not always very helpful. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries and I found their communication to be lacking. However, once my issue was resolved, the overall experience was satisfactory. I wouldn't say it was great, but it wasn't terrible either.
