deeply regretted changing to tuas power for commerical.
1. customer service do not know how to resolve issue.
the issues arises when they mistakenly charged for 2 installation of power meter where i have clearly proven it was only 1. instead of acknowledging their oversight, the replied saying they will waived the installation which clearly is not the case. we didnt incur the cost and this should be REVERSED OUT AND NOT WAIVED.
2. create user account for login REQUIRE 1 MONTH TO APPROVE!!!
this is how efficient you are, unbelievable
3. bill from TUAS is a catastrophic. instead of making amendment for overcharged, they advice me to make double payment again and reverse the bill for next month. ridiculous to mess up our accounting just so you guys can take the easy way out instead of helping CUSTOMERS TO SOLVE ISSUES.
