I had a sheet rock issue , over my pool that is indoors, went to rentalex to rent a scaffold to reach the ceiling to repair it, explained my issues in detail, he rented me around 200.00 in scaffold, couldn't use any of it because if wouldn't reach across the pool,plus didn't receive everything to put the scaffold together, sended him pictures of the application, and he even replied YES that won't work, took it back the next day, and he Still charged me the full price, knowing that I couldn't use what he HE PICKED AND SAID I NEEDED, for the repair. NOT A GOOD SALESMAN.
