Nonetheless, the overall process of submitting claims was smooth, and I received timely updates on the status of my claims. The company's platform was intuitive, and I was able to track the progress of my claims easily. Although there is room for improvement in customer support, I would consider using the service again for its efficiency in claims processing. 👍
