I have been working with Pgim real estate finance for several years now, and I must say that they have been consistently average in their services. The rates they offer are reasonable, and the overall experience is satisfactory. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and response time. I believe with some minor adjustments, they can become great. Overall, I would rate my experience with Pgim real estate finance as average.
