I love Uplift. Everyone who works here is super friendly and down to earth. My favorite classes are Sculpt and Strength. These classes are definitely challenging, but as a beginner I can easily modify with lighter weights or fewer reps without feeling looked down upon. I always leave class feeling refreshed and strong!
