I am a customer of Coastal Federal Credit Union and overall I am satisfied with their services. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the online banking system is easy to use. However, I think they could improve their rates and fees to make them more competitive with other banks. Overall, I would rate Coastal Federal Credit Union as average.
