Absolute worst dealer experience for service ever....

Absolute worst dealer experience for service ever. Work I was charged for was not completed and when questioned the mechanic said "he was in a hurry". In response to one of their own email reminders I had booked an appointment online and selected the services I wanted (and there was supposed to be a 10% discount when booking online) and when I showed up they had no idea what I was there for and said they had no way of accessing the online information (huh??). I waited 3 1/2 hours and was charged $50 over the promised price, and received blank stares when I mentioned the price given online. Truly absurd. After getting in my car, I immediately noticed the tire sensor had not been reset, which led to figuring out the tires had not been rotated and no air had been added. Oil streaks were across the front of the car and the service manager assured me they had at least done the oil change and that he could tell because there was fresh oil spilled on the engine (awesome!) Even the easy stuff wasn't done: the fluids weren't checked (part of their "27 point visual inspection", which was also obviously skipped). I found that out when I attempted to use the wipers 5 minutes after finally leaving the place and found there was no wiper fluid. Not a drop. On top of that, 98% of the staff was not wearing masks, not social distancing in the customer area, and the few employees who had masks on were using them as chin hammocks. At the height of Covid they have not even provided a bare minimum waiting area outside. Literally zero effort towards customer satisfaction. I sat in the sun on the back of a golf cart in the parking lot. After an extended argument, the service fee was refunded but that does not excuse them attempting to take advantage of customers. Ladies especially...beware. i have already been in touch with Buick corporate. 24 hours later I'm actually angrier than I was yesterday. Oh, and I still need to get my car serviced. SOMEWHERE ELSE.
