I visited about an hour ago because I saw the great reviews and didn't want a chain breakfast spot. I was told there would be a 20 minute wait for me and my 3yo son and it only ended up being about 5min. We were seated then asked for our drink order. When the woman who bought our drinks came back, I stated it was my 1st time and what she would recommend. She blindly stared at me then pointed to French Toast and Waffle Combo on the menu and walked away, as I was looking up from the menu. After about 2 mins I asked her to come to the table because I was ready to order and she said "oh, let me go get the guy" and motioned her hands as if she was writing on a pad. I said ok then proceeded to wait 20 mins, only to see the waiter bringing food out, and helping everyone in my area that was already eating EXCEPT my child and I. One waiter even bought out to-go boxes to the table next to me, who already had their food boxed! I got up and before leaving out, told the hostess my issue. She said sorry and ok. She didn't ask if I wanted a manager or any type of immediate resolution. I wanted to like this place because the food smelled good, but I will never know now.
