I called them because I saw there was a charge on my card and ask them to refund the charge and I spoke to a lady in the office who was completely rude and hung up on me after I explain to her that I didn t even know the charge had gone through the first time because when I went to complete the offer it told me that it did not go through my card would not allow it. She was very rude and asking me why I had and I checked my bank statement and I said I did that s why am calling you because I ve noticed these charges. so I explain to her why in the email did they not say anything about The refund only that my membership has been canceled but not that it had been escalated to the vice president. She said well I can send you an email to that effect. However I find it really unprofessional that they would not explain this to me at all and then I m wasting my time calling in to get hung up on. this going to the vice president and being looked at because essentially they re saying they re gonna take my money because I didn t call to cancel my membership before I was charged even though I didn t know I was charge because originally when I had processed my payment it said the card would not allow it to go through. I explain to her why would I then called to cancel my membership when I didn t even think that it had started? This place is Really unprofessional & rude.
