After trying out various carrageenan brands, I finally found Lauta carrageenans and am extremely satisfied with their product. The carrageenan provides excellent thickening and gelling properties to my recipes without any unwanted aftertaste. The consistency it offers is just perfect. I am glad I discovered Lauta carrageenans and will continue using their carrageenan in my food production.
