What started with a nail in my tire ended with me purchasing my first vehicle on my own. Originally came to get a nail out of a tire and left with a CX-30 2020 loaner due to the whole tire needing replacing. As soon as I left the dealership I fell in love it and soon realized that this would be the car for me. Once I brought it back I let Judy (Who helped me out with the loaner) know that I was interested. She hooked me up with Isaac in Sales who showed me a few models and listened to what features I was looking for. I really appreciated him working with my schedule and understanding this was my first time purchasing a vehicle. He made the process painless along with a fantastic experience. A shout out to the parts teams! Jeff and his team really helped me out with my trade in. He worked really hard to make sure I got the best deal. I would also like to thank Mike in finance. He understood that I was both excited and nervous but with his help he showed me all my pricing/payment options. I never felt like I was being pushed into anything I didn t want to do.
