Protek secure systems is an average company with decent services. I have been using their services for a while now and I can say that they are reliable. The customer support is helpful and they always respond promptly to any inquiries or issues. However, there have been a few instances where I faced some minor technical glitches, but they were resolved quickly. Overall, I would rate them as average.
