Review of KLASS WAGEN - Rent A Car

I'd gave an 0 star if it was possible and this is ...

I'd gave an 0 star if it was possible and this is why: I've ordered an Opel Astra and got a Ford Focus Station that, every body knows is the best car to use if you have to move furniture from a town to an other but not for travelling! This one was also a gas burner that, up to Klass Wagen personal was due to my driving manners! I suggest that may be, just may be you should check your cars before renting them!
Also, I've ordered a ''from full fuel tank to full tank'' and I've got a 20% full tank that barely allowed me to reach the first gas station on A2 high way to Constanta!
Than, the ''need to check Tires'' lamp started lightening and shouting each driving starting! Thanks for this, too.
The car I've got was old, overused, full of oily stains on the car's chairs, covered with white paint stains on the door's interior side and on the car's ceiling, poor washed and full of mud and scratches on the outside.
And this was not every thing! No! The cherry on the cake was the persuading lady from the day I've got the car that even I was full covered assured she tried and tried again and again to sell me ''a better car insurance'' that will cover me better. I was supposed to bring a washed car when returning the car in order to allow them to have a proper car check! Also, I had to make a 1,400Eu (more or less) deposit and she threatened me that if I do not bring a clean car they will have to wash the car to check it and this will take two days. Only after this procedure they will release my deposit. I've asked her how I can know that they won't make any scratches by their self and put me to pay? She said that they do not do this and I just had to believe her!
Also, kind of strange it takes 30days for them to release the money deposit!
The lady persuade me that next time (I assure you it won't be an other time) not to make any external car insurance but to take their. She said to me that I have to understand that the car rental fee is not enough money for them so the real money is the car insurance!
I can assure you that personally I know people that came full protected covered when renting the car from Klass Wagen front desk and got intimidated and bought their car insurance!
So, my frank counsel for any potential car renter from Klass Wagen is: don't just don't rent there!
