It is unfortunate to see how an organization, which says it helps the community, is not doing it for me. In my case I had very bad experiences. The people who work at this specific place in Hempstead NY lack. I asked in every possible way to speak with an immigration lawyer and it was not possible for me. A very bad temper assistant with lack of professionalism gave me many excuses and lies. I passed by calling for 4 days in a row and always the same call tomorrow that the lawyer is not there and I cannot make an appointment were his words. I decided to arrive in person, the hours of attention said from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. I arrived at the town before four in the afternoon and there was neither the receptionist nor the supposed lawyer. I met other people who were in charge in the area of citizenship and their professionalism on the subject gave me much to be desired I think they are not trained to help the community as they say. It is very sad to see and feel that our very people who are in charge of offering help and apollo say they treat you very badly. Personally I had a very bad experience the way they talked to me and how they treated me, I was very sorry to have gone through this. I feel helpless about what happened, I didn't know where to complain. That's why I write my humble opinion of what happens. That is not help to the community. Thank you.
