I was very reluctant to join a differentbox after being at another one for the past year. I have been blown away by the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness and setup of the facility, and the level of coaching I have received in the short time I have been there. The owners, Nick and Drew, we're so welcoming and continue to be helpful with both training and nutrition. The hours are convenient, you feel like you're working out outside (and can do so if you want to!), and the coaches are trained in multiple areas, rather than the typical basic Crossfit certification. The programming is excellent and I am beyond excited to finally be back to a routine at a gym I look forward to going to!
