- chaise longue (above the main escalators to go to departures) allow patrons to sleep in the event of prolonged waits.
- Free Wi-Fi even if slow
- laptop / cellphone charging stations
- some noteworthy shops and businesses such as "Nonna Vincenza"

Versus:
- Check-in in a not very comfortable area
- Additional turnstiles at the beginning of the FILE for security checks further slow down the flow of departures.
- for those arriving by car: kiss and fly free within 15 minutes, attention arriving as people unfamiliar with this service often stop instead on the roundabout
