I recently used the Empire hotels app for booking a hotel and I was not impressed. The app had a very limited selection of hotels and I couldn't find one that fit my needs. The user interface was also confusing and it took a lot of time to navigate through the app. Overall, I had a frustrating experience and I wouldn't recommend this app.
