I had an extremely disappointing cooking class experience. The instructor was not only ill-prepared, but he taught me virtually nothing despite the heavy price I paid for the class (Dim Sum and Then Some). Students had to keep correcting the instructor as he forgot ingredients!

I would not have gone through the trouble to write a negative review, but after I contacted the BCAC concerning my dismay (despite all the very wonderful things I'd heard about the center), they completely ignored my comments. I was not looking for a refund, just some concern for how terribly the class was executed... but all I got was radio silence.

I genuinely hope that my experience was due to the instructor having a bad day or something, but I had high expectations, an extremely disappointing class, and terrible customer service.
