The trip organized by Makkah Tours And Travel INC was not satisfactory. The customer service was average at best and the overall experience was not great. The accommodations provided could have been better and there were some issues during the tour. The rates were reasonable, but the quality of service did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend this company.
