I recently made a purchase from a website that I thought was New Brahmin. However, it turned out to be a different company with a similar name. Despite the mix-up, the customer service team at the actual New Brahmin was extremely helpful and understanding. They guided me towards the correct website and even offered a discount code as a gesture of goodwill. Their quick response and willingness to rectify the situation impressed me. Although I didn't end up buying from them directly, I think it's important to recognize their outstanding customer service.
