I am a loyal customer of Vacuum Master for many years now. I must say that their service is just average. It's not great, but it's not terrible either. They are prompt in their response and their technicians are skilled. However, there have been instances where the job was not done to my satisfaction. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating.
