Living in a community managed by the Sunland Owners Association has been a positive experience overall. The staff is helpful and responsive, and they do a good job of addressing any concerns or issues that arise. The community is well-maintained and the amenities are decent. There are some rules and regulations that can be a bit strict, but I understand the need for them to ensure a peaceful living environment. I would recommend the Sunland Owners Association to others.
