I recently had my first maintenance inspection at Fred Haas in Houston. The service department was fantastic, very service-oriented and quite comfortable to spend several hours while waiting on my vehicle. Specifically, Jan Martin was so helpful, kind and considerate while handling my service ticket. She was extremely knowledgeable, and very eager to make sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed! I am definitely going back for my next service milestone...and I will certainly be asking for Jan by name. Great work Jan Martin!
