I have been using Breathe Right nasal strips for a while now and they have helped me tremendously. I suffer from seasonal allergies and these strips help to open up my nasal passages, reducing congestion and improving my breathing. They are comfortable to wear and don't leave any marks on my skin. The adhesive is strong enough to keep them in place all night. I highly recommend these strips.
