I recently enrolled in a self-defense class at EDA International and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. The instructors were patient, supportive, and very skilled. They created a safe and encouraging environment for learning. I have gained valuable skills and knowledge that will stay with me for a lifetime. I strongly recommend this academy to anyone interested in self-defense.
