I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate Quest audio as average in terms of their products and services. I recently purchased a pair of headphones from their website, quest-audio.com, and while the overall quality is decent, it did not meet my expectations. The sound is clear, but lacking depth and richness. Additionally, the headphones are not very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. On the positive side, the customer service was prompt and helpful in resolving a minor issue I had with the delivery. Overall, I would recommend Quest audio if you are looking for an affordable option, but keep in mind that there may be better alternatives out there.
