We had booked a package including breakfast, a Midweek pass and bicycles. When we arrived, they said they did not see in their system that we had booked that package and that we therefore did not receive it. The confirmation e-mail did not include exactly what was booked, only the amount that we paid. Although that amount corresponded to the price of the package, they refused to provide us with breakfast etc. Even booking on the spot was not possible. Very unhelpful and certainly a disappointment for us.
