I wish I had the ability to give 0 stars. We had the most awful experience with this place. First of all, our landlords broker (who I believe is named Patty) left in the middle of our final walk through. I presume she left because the house we were to be moving into was a complete and total disaster. After going round and round with their ignorant staff I was told that if I wanted the home cleaned from the previous tenants it would be "coming out of my own pocket" and there was "no way in hell" that they would be held responsible for the dump that the previous tenants left behind. So I took matters into my own hands and contacted our landlord instead. They were more than happy to pay to have the place cleaned up for us. Then, the company was supposed to come and spackle over all the holes that were left in the walls. They decided to leave drywall anchors sticking 1/2 inch out of the walls every and just dabbed a little spackle over them. Use this company at your own risk.
