I had a mixed experience with the Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project. While their intentions and mission are commendable, I found the overall service to be somewhat lacking. The communication was inconsistent, and I often felt like I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. However, when I did receive assistance, it was satisfactory. I appreciate their efforts but believe there is room for improvement.
