I had a somewhat average experience with Fasteners Direct Aust Pty Ltd. The quality of their products was alright, but the customer service could have been better. It took a bit longer than expected to receive my order, which was disappointing. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't exceptional either.
