Very disappointed.

Very disappointed.
Not with the library itself but the parking which is directly adjacent.
As you can clearly see, the primary sign does inform the entrant of a penalty.
The gate does dispense a ticket.
But there is no additional signage that informs you of the amount before entering.
It is 'revealed' at the point of departure, which is a deceptive business practice, in my opinion.
I am not against paid parking.
I am not against penalized parking.
I paid the fine.
But I am against the covertness of the fine and the excessive amount at the point of departure.
I am not a student.
I am not an employee.
I am not an alumnus.
I am not on this campus very much at all.
So I am in opposition to the fact that a reasonable person could not clearly distinguish the amount of fine clearly before entering. As you can see, it is on the disabled parking signs very clearly.
While not illegal, I definitely say it is unethical.
