I recently used Nuffly.com to book a vacation package and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The representatives were not very helpful and it took a long time to get a response to my inquiries. Overall, the experience was okay but I expected more.
