With pleasure, I write this letter to let you know Tim Barlow came by this afternoon to help with a printing problem I was having here at Memphis-area Home Education Association. He went out of his way to solve it. Tim has been outstanding help on many occasions and today was no exception.
I expressed another need with a print issue I was having because we had purchased a new lap top. He walked me through it so I could accomplish that job and also another one on the copier with e-filing in only a few strokes. Since I did not grow up with today's technologies, this was a huge help. He always gives me enough time so I understand the process and goes above and beyond to help me become more efficient and knowledgeable about the process. What a wonderful world it would be, if more people were willing to do their job with such a wonderful attitude.
Tim and your company would get 10 stars if I had that option.
