I had an average experience with Shield consult pty ltd. The customer service was satisfactory, but I was not impressed with the overall quality of their services. I expected more for the price I paid. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were some issues that were not addressed properly. I would consider using their services again if they improve in certain areas.
