Ask in advance for a double queen room with 2 spec...

Ask in advance for a double queen room with 2 specific requirements, handicap accessible and smoking, was told that I could have a room that met those specifications. Even called the day before to make sure, and was told that the room was reserved for me. Got to the hotel and was told the only room was a single king that met the requirements. Luckily as it was my roommates that needed the requirements, I was able to sleep on a roll away bed they provided. It was a very comfortable bed. The handicapped room had a shower that was barely shoulder width and because of that and the ill thought out placement of the shower curtain, water went everywhere. Which made the floor very slippery. And kinda petty of me I know, but a handicap shower should have a showerhead that isn't mounted to the wall. Other then that, it was an on stay for me, and a tolerable stay for my roommate.
