I have been a customer of Mercury Internet for three years now and overall, I have had a positive experience. The internet service is reliable and the speed is good. My only complaint is that the customer support can sometimes be slow in responding to queries. However, once they do respond, they are helpful in resolving any issues. I would recommend Mercury Internet to others.
