I had a fairly good experience with Mantis Technology for my project. Their team was knowledgeable and delivered a satisfactory solution. However, there were instances where the communication could have been better, and some of my concerns took longer to get addressed. Overall, the end result met my requirements, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support.
